Gerard, founder of Geno Trading
With more than 31 years of hands-on industry experience, Gerard leads Geno Trading with deep knowledge, dedication, and a passion for building lasting relationships.
As the founder and driving force behind the company, he oversees the day-to-day operations—managing equipment purchasing, evaluating offers, coordinating with trusted suppliers, and ensuring all costings and sales run smoothly. His responsibilities also include managing yard activities, visiting clients and suppliers, and maintaining trusted partnerships with mechanics, spray painters, and body builders who support the business.
Mandy’s journey in the industry began in 1994 when a friend approached him with the idea of starting a joint venture. What began as an opportunity quickly grew into a lifelong career. Over three decades later, Geno Trading has evolved from a small start-up into a thriving family-run business built on trust, consistency, and commitment.
Among his proudest achievements is growing the business from scratch and sustaining its success for more than 31 years. Looking ahead, Gerard’s vision is to continue expanding Geno Trading while maintaining the high standards and personal relationships that have defined the company from the beginning. As long as he has the health and passion, he plans to keep moving the business forward.
Outside of work, Gerard is devoted to his family and employees. He enjoys playing golf and spending quality time with family and friends - values that reflect the integrity and loyalty at the heart of Geno Trading.
